Engagements

Paid work begins only when both sides have a written scope (email is enough) stating the program, the file freeze date, and the fee. Website rates are informational starting points, not offers to the world at large. We may decline work that would require live access to payment systems, wallets, or private keys.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, layout, and original graphics belong to Bundlelogicbase unless a credit says otherwise. Photographs are used under their providers’ licenses. Briefing packs produced for a client are licensed to that client for internal operational use. We retain the right to reuse anonymized methods. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bundlelogicbase is not liable for lost profits, lost records you failed to back up, or decisions you make after reading a table. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Georgia (GE).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (GE), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia (GE) have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or from engagements contracted under these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
