Bundlelogicbase Folio of return

Refunds and cancellations

Last updated: 15 August 2026

This page applies to professional engagements described on Bundlelogicbase: retention and cohort reporting, customer behavior reviews, recurring desks, and historical reconstruction. It does not apply to third-party storefronts, and it does not describe physical merchandise, software subscriptions, or class tickets we do not sell.

Eligibility

A refund may be due when we cancel an engagement before the file freeze, when we cannot start within the agreed window for reasons on our side, or when a written scope is withdrawn by us because the work would require live payment-system or key access we will not take.

Timeframe

Refund requests should arrive within 14 days of the event that grounds them (our cancellation, a missed start date on our side, or your cancellation before freeze). Requests after a final briefing has been delivered are considered only for billing errors.

Full or partial refunds

If no extract has been opened, prepaid fees are returned in full. After we have opened files but before the interpretation session, we may retain a portion equal to hours already spent, documented in the reply, and return the rest. After the session, the engagement fee is earned except for proven overcharges.

Non-refundable items

Third-party printing you asked us to order, booked rooms for an in-person session in Duluth after you confirmed the date, and hours already spent on a reconstruction inventory are not refundable once incurred. The Veve listing is outside these fees.

Process

Email contact@bundlelogicbase.digital with the engagement title, the date of the written scope, and the reason. You may also call +16362408095. We confirm receipt within five business days and state whether the request is accepted, partial, or declined, with a short explanation.

Processing time and method

Accepted refunds are sent the same way the fee was received, typically within 10 business days after acceptance. Bank or card-network timing after that is outside our control.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel by email before the freeze date. You may reschedule the interpretation session once without fee if you give three business days’ notice. Later changes may be billed as an extra session at the hourly figure named in the scope.

Deposits

Some reconstructions ask for a deposit to hold calendar time. The deposit applies to the final invoice. It is returned if we cancel. It is kept if you cancel after we have refused other work for that slot and after the freeze date has passed.

No-shows and work already started

If nobody attends the scheduled session and we received no notice, the session fee is earned. Work already started on tables after freeze is billed for time spent even if you later pause the engagement.

Materials

We do not purchase customer lists for you. Source files you send remain yours; copies we hold follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy and the scope.

Exceptions

Statutory rights you have under the laws of Georgia (GE) that cannot be waived remain in place. This page does not create a warranty that a retention table will change a business result.
