When someone answers

Calls are taken Monday through Thursday, 9:30–16:00 Eastern Time, excluding local holidays observed in Duluth. Messages left on Friday are read the following Monday.

For a first conversation, have the program name, the starting event you think defines a cohort, and the date range of the extract. We will not ask you to paste files into a web form.

Refund questions for work already quoted follow the refund page and should mention the engagement title in the subject line.
