Fees follow the archive, not a seating chart of plans

Prices below are starting figures for customer behavior analytics work billed as professional services. They are informational. Nothing on this page is a checkout.

Retention and cohort reporting engagement

From 4,800 USD for one program, one geography, and a window of 12 weeks or fewer with a dated extract.

Longer windows, more named groups, and files that need reconstruction before the first table move the quote. The fee includes the briefing pack and one 90-minute session.

Customer behavior review

From 1,600 USD for a two- to three-month extract and up to three named first-period actions.

The memo and a 45-minute call are included. If the extract cannot support the three actions, we stop at a shorter note and adjust the fee before the walkthrough.

Recurring retention desk

Quoted only after a first engagement exists, typically as a monthly or quarterly retainer.

The retainer refreshes frozen definitions. It is not a software seat and does not change if you never open the local utility.

Historical cohort reconstruction

Quoted after a file inventory. Two source eras with a usable overlapping key often land between 6,200 and 11,000 USD.

If no overlapping key exists, the work may end at a gap log billed for the inventory hours rather than a false join.

What moves a quote

Travel, printed packs beyond two copies, and extra sessions are billed separately. The local utility listing on Veve is not part of these fees.
